KCHSR is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) institution established by experienced lecturers from Levy Mwanawasa Medical University. The college was founded to support the Zambian government in training much-needed frontline healthcare workers, including Clinical Officers, Environmental Health Technologists, Registered Nurses, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, and Biomedical Scientists. Given the country’s growing population and increasing healthcare demands, KCHSR plays a crucial role in bridging the gap by providing well-trained professionals ready to serve communities across Zambia.

Accreditation and Recognition

KCHSR is fully registered and recognized by the Higher Education Authority (HEA), the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ), and the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ). The institution is incorporated under the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) with Certificate Number 78499. Our accreditation ensures that students receive an education that meets national and international standards, preparing them for successful careers in the healthcare industry.
