The Kafue College of Health Sciences and Research has released its newsletter for the 2025 academic year, outlining key dates, payment schedules, and important guidelines for students. Key points include:
Registration & Tuition Fees: Students must pay 40% of tuition fees during registration week (13th Jan – 31st Jan 2025). Late registration runs from 3rd Feb – 14th Feb 2025. Payment deadlines for tuition fees are staggered throughout the semester.
Examinations: Students must clear all balances to be eligible to write exams. Examination clearance will be done two weeks before exams.
Discipline & Dress Code: Students are expected to follow the college’s code of conduct and dress modestly. College T-shirts are mandatory every Friday.
Graduation: The 5th Graduation Ceremony will be held in October 2025 for students who have met academic requirements.
Sports Day: Sports events are scheduled for 21st March 2025 and 19th September 2025, with all students encouraged to participate.
